After a long, overnight plane ride by
way of Salt Lake City (don't ask), we arrived in London. Although
we've been here many times, I like to quote Samuel Johnson: “When
a man is tired of London, he is tired of life; for there is in London
all that life can afford.”

Our
problem is what sights and activities should we choose to afford,
since we're here only for a day and a half. Today, in our jet-lagged
fog, we only chose a stroll in Hyde Park, which is right near our
hotel, and some banking. And because it is springtime, the flowers are magnificent.
That may not be enough to dispel the fog, but it surely lifts the
spirit. (That's Stew in the pic lifting his spirits!)
Tonight
is dinner in the hotel and early to bed; tomorrow there's a lot on the agenda.
I see Stew is bundled up as one does on many an English spring or summer's day. Safe travels!
